Full Body Warm Up Exercise

 

Tools Required:

 

1. Practice Pad or Drum Set

2. Metronome or Metronome App

3. Sticks

4. Time and space to practice

 

This is a Demo of the R.A.S. exercise. (Rhythm Acceleration

Sequence)


1. MM (Metronome Mark) 30 - 40 BPM (Beats Per Minute)
2. Separate hands, single strokes, double strokes or open roll
3. Moving from 1 hit per click gradually to 24 hits per click and

back to 1 hit per click
4. Stay relaxed and adjust the MM as needed
